Surpass 2000 is an advanced powder coating with good weather resistance, especially designed for aluminium architectural application. We take the weather resistance of Surpass 2000 to an entirely new level, which conform to the requirement of AAMA2604-05. Surpass 2000 have good gloss retention, good color stability, as well as excellent film integrity, which ensure the long-term function of decoration and protection. Surpass 2000 is available in a variety of colors in the category of high gloss, flat, low gloss.

Coating features:

The physical and chemical testing below is on the substrate of chromated aluminium plate. The coating thickness of all testing substrate is controlled at 60-80um, and curing at the temperature of 200°C for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. The physical performance may deteriorate slightly caused by the decreased of glossiness
