Pure polyester (Primid type) powder coating series
Brief introduction: Polyester resin matching primid curing agent is adopted as main raw material.

---Pin holing can easily occur on thick coating layer (more than 140 micron)
---Higher storage stability and guarantee period compared with TGIC type
Usage: It is suitable for each decoration and protection of outdoor product such as electrical Appliance, constructive aluminum profiles, transport facilities, gym and stadium facilities, courtyard facility etc.

Application parameter: Curing time: 200℃×10--15 minutes

Above tests adopt 0.8mm deoiling and derusting cold-rolled steel sheets, coating film thickness 60~80um; performance index of coating film will change with brilliance changing.
Requirement of environment protection: the product doesn’t include arsenium, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, stibonium, cadmium and other heavy non-ferrous metals and is in fully conformity with requirement of RoHS environment protection.
Storage condition: at about 25℃ and at ventilated indoors, avoiding direct sunlight. Under such condition, powder can be stored for twelve months and should be re-tested if more than 6-12 months and can be still used if the result is in conformity with requirements.
